Art Lessons

When I'm not drawing and painting, I'm also a drawing instructor, encouraging creativity in all life stages as a means of connecting more deeply with ourselves, others, and the world we live in. I believe we are all artists inside, we sometimes just need a little reminder of how to let that artist out. One of my greatest passions is helping others through their artistic and creative journeys, whether that be improving skill sets, or helping them get past creative blockers like expectation and perfectionism.
I do in person art lessons, as well as virtual lessons via Zoom, with class sizes ranging from individual to groups of twelve or more.
My classes focus on various drawing techniques and the process of observing, which are transferable foundations for many art mediums. I also teach classes focusing on Creative Prompts, providing various strategies for getting past the "blank page syndrome".
